• Account: Your registered user account on Liurl.
• Short URL: A compressed version of a long URL, created to redirect to the original link.
• QR Code: A scannable code generated by our Service that encodes a Short URL.
• Content: All data, links, QR codes, analytics, and other materials you upload or generate.

3. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. To access certain features, you must register for an Account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.

4. Use of Service

• You may create Short URLs and QR Codes for lawful purposes only.
• You must not use the Service to shorten or link to content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

5. Paid Plans & Billing

Certain features are available only with a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We may change pricing upon 30 days’ notice.

6. Analytics & Data

We provide click and scan analytics (e.g. total clicks, device, location). All analytics belong to you, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for all activities under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

8. Intellectual Property

Smaurl and its logos, trademarks, and Service software are our property. You retain ownership of URLs and content you upload, but grant us a license to host and display them.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Spamming users with unsolicited links.
• Phishing, malware distribution, or other malicious activity.
• Reverse-engineering or modifying our Service.

10. Termination

You may close your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your Account for violations of these Terms or prolonged inactivity.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liurl and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liurl and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on our site and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Nairobi.
